Length: Long Term - 1 year with the potential for a 2nd year upon reapplication

Housing: None

Kilns:

• 1 — 48 cubic foot Bailey gas kiln

• 7 — Electric kilns

Expenses: Materials at cost

Funding/Stipend: $1,500 firing stipend for the year

Workspace: Private work space with 24/7 access and access to program area of ceramic studio

Responsibilities: Engage with their studio community for a minimum of 5 hours/week based on artistic ability and department needs (ie. holding open studio time, teaching classes and production assistance), public presentation of the work (ie. exhibition, artist talk, book launch) created during the residency and create a cohesive body of work in an exhibit at the end of residency period

Number of Residents: 2-6 residents
