Length: Varied: 3 Months - 1 Year (with option to reapply for up to 3 years)
Housing: 3 housing options available: all housing is fully furnished
Shared resident house on the CMAEP property a short walk to the studio along nature trails. There are three private bedrooms, and a shared bathroom and kitchen. This house is wood-stove heated and has a garden in the yard which can be used and maintained by the residents.
Shared, loft style living space on the second level of the studio. The loft has a large, shared kitchen, four private bedrooms, one small guest room with a bunk bed and one bathroom. The kitchen in this loft is the central meeting area for workshop goers and residents.
Two private tiny houses with a shared bath house. Each cabin is a modest sized, one room space with a full kitchenette and sits a short, 3 minute walk to the studio.

1 - 25 cu. ft. cross draft Wood/Soda/Salt gas assisted kiln

Expenses:
Materials and firing costs
$950/month rent + utilities for shared housing; Private housing has elevated fees
Funding/Stipend: Work share available for minimized rent fee: 5 hours/week = $200/month subtracted from rent OR 10 hours/week = $400/month subtracted from rent. Work hours includes physical labor (wood collecting around the property, wood splitting and stacking, general studio and property clean up, coordinated controlled burns, workshop cleanup and preparation, and various other tasks helping CMAEP)
Workspace: Semi-private or private personal workspaces
Responsibilities: Minimum of 20hr/wk of active personal studio work
Number of Residents: up to 9 residents
