Location: Carbondale, CO
Length: Long Term - 1 year with the option for a second year - September 1-August 31
Housing: None
Kilns: Electric, Geil gas, Olson updraft gas, and gas fixed soda
Expenses: Materials and firings at cost outside the $100/month stipend (most often resident’s to not exceed the stipend in material and firing cost)
Funding/Stipend: $100/month stipend and scholarships available
Workspace: Semi-private studio space of 200 square feet
Responsibilities:
- 20-30 hours/month helping with studio, gallery and special-event tasks, studio management, gallery install/de-install
- Expected to teach while in residence - artist is paid for this time
- Active studio making and minimum of 20 hours/week of active studio time
Number of Residents: 2 artists
