Sitka also offers a separate two week residency where an artist collaborates with a master printmaker to design and create a print. Sitka keeps half the prints and the resident artist keeps half. One is given to the master printer for their personal collection. An artist of any media may do this residency.

The main property is .4 wooded acres. Sitka has a second location down the road that is 80 acres of spruce forest and coastal meadow. The second location was acquired as habitat restoration
